There will be a $50/participant fee for the event.

Register for the Children’s Mental Health Summit by:

  • Downloading the registration form below and submitting to Canopy Children’s Solutions, Post Office Box 1078, Jackson, MS 39215 or by faxing to 601.968.0021.
  • Paying with Paymode – If you are a state agency paying with Paymode, please fax in registration form below to reserve your spots and designate paying through Paymode. Payment should be designated to Mississippi Children’s Home Society.
